My sister is nearly done with hers, after many years of having digestive issues amongst other numerous health problems. It is really amazing the things she discovered she cannot eat... She can eat dairy, but nothing fermented or curdled like yogurt or cheese, she cant have soy, aspartame, and many other things I can't even remember. <br /><br />She never really gave me her official diagnosis, but it sounds awfully similar to your situation.
